I emailed James Cheney and asked him who owned the Silver Cord Mine.
His response:

Mission Holdings owns the Silver Cord Mine. I believe Mission Holdings acquired the Silver Cord from Extractive Technologies, but do not know details of that transaction.

A team, including one of our officers, the mine operator, and a mining engineer, visited and thoroughly explored the Silver Cord approximately two weeks ago and had no problem reaching the mine in pickup trucks. Most of the roads leading to the mine are quite accessible, with only a short stretch near the mine likely to require a day or two of road scraping in order to bring in heavy equipment and haul ore from the mine.

Like many other mines operating without available public utilities, the excavating equipment, crushers, concentrating equipment, etc. located at the mine site will either be self-powered or require generators. Ore will ultimately be transported to an offsite facility housing our proprietary equipment for further processing.

Dennis Atkins is CFO of both EnviroXtract and Western Sierra Mining. Dennis was also CFO of GolfGear (GEAR) for a short time in 2010 and later introduced current GEAR management to EVXA and Western Sierra when GEAR expressed interest in pursuing a role in the gold/silver mining industry... apparently due to the looming collapse of the construction industry. GEAR later approached EVXA about a license to its processing technology and the rest is history. Please contact GEAR for any updates on their plans for utilizing the EVXA processing license beyond the Silver Cord Mine.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

James Cheney
