Theres tons.. branding being #1 im so stoked.. just a little meat on the bone... tells me they are gonna push a consolidated message and image, some other things r/s for valuation maybe.. hype around a ticker change always does good for a stock thats being followed.. it just makes good business sense.

i always get frustrated with holding companies for that reason. they got tons of irons in the fire, so their hard to get your head around sometimes.
