[Hoople]

Well, I had one hellofa weekend. Worked in our little vineyard much of it. DVD player broken and didn't feel like watching another movie on the computer so when I got home, tried to read. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ! Then I woke up and saw some Monk episodes my husband got for me. Kept falling asleep and waking up. Did try to watch The Life Aquatic last night, but I'd worked in the vineyard all day again and it was hard staying awake after a day in the sun! I do believe that is the wrong movie to watch on a small screen anyway. Will hold onto it til the DVD player comes back. Am curious to see what I think of it because the laptop did it no justice and that can make a HUGE difference - seemed to be some gorgeous scenes. Lost in Translation would not have been the same movie on a TV. Glad I saw it at the movies. Life Aquatic struck an odd note out of the gate so I didn't try to follow it knowing I'd want to see it on the TV anyway.

Should be getting two more movies from Netflix today. I get them really fast. Guess it depends on where you are in the country. For some it takes too long but for me it's almost not enough time.

The weather has been mint up until today - muggy. Blech!
