SCOTTY is but as a CEO he certainly has not done a very good job. If it was anyone else they would call for his head...but since SCOTTY is really the "owner" and not just an officer/employee of the corp then no one can replace him.

Remember:

An experienced CEO doesn't weight the company down with excessive litigation and massive overhead then do a toxic deal to stay afloat.

A forward thinking CEO puts together a partnering deal that benefits the long term viability of the company.

A focused CEO's don;t complain about shareholders criticisms they get on with the task at hand and execute.

An ethical leader would not do cheesy promotional internet shows against the wishes of the FDA and way before approval.
