no PR10 he DID answer the question in his reply email,

I just did NOT like his answer

which was, he said the best way to help

the shareholders was to win more business,

but that is every businesses goal, and it pays his bills,

but does nothing to help the shareholders since the stock value

has dropped for 2 and 1/2 years since the Ford press release in 2009.

He could do a press release, or convert the shares to a nonvoting preferred (if it is possible) then issue more common stock to raise capital,or upgrade to the highest level of the OTC, there are a LOT of options but they have not done anything to reach new investors or the green energy public.

I hate to say it but Fredscam was right, if you look at the information stated and the results it is all bad for the shareholders.
OTC has no accountability. And some of us were not planning on waiting years.
