I don't like the sound of this: "Trovoada said his country had to move towards "sustainable development" without counting on oil, saying that if it were discovered it should be seen as a "bonus".

Those sneaky elephants must have gone into hiding again! Maybe they are traveling up and down that river of oil that is supposed to be down there. Perhaps instead of elephants we should be looking for...
