Is Kaman Corp. NASDAQ (KAMN) buying shares in MASP?

First off, let me say that this post is not intended as a buy or sell recommendation. Please complete your own due diligence as regarding buying/selling shares in MASP.

According to Insidertrades.org on Aug. 11, 2011, John J. Tedone, purchased 21,100,000 shares of MASP in a private purchase of the securities. According to the website, the shares were purchased C/O, or in care of, the Kaman Corporation.

I'm not sure what all of this may mean, or if the private purchase of the securities actually has something to do with business between Mass Petroleum and the Kaman Corporation, but it is very interesting. I'm going to look into this further. Might be worth a gamble down here in my opinion.
