What he needs to do at this point is give away a certain % of the biz in order to get a loan to float operations. Dumping stock will work for awhile, get us UP somewhat (Atlanta -Palm Coast ) but unfortunately as we are witnessing its taking us all into the toilet with it.

An evil ceo might spend "all" the company co shares allowed, driving the pps into the ground , THEN secure funding , then do a buyback at bargain basement prices of the stock. Then the kitty is reloaded to the hilt with cheap company shares again - rinse and repeat... voila built in capital replenishment.

Val didnt strike me as that kind of a guy though....but then lets not look at persons involved : just judge the co's. performance
