ComEd said it would invest about $2.6 billion and Ameren said it would invest about $625 million to upgrade their electric systems and create jobs.

i can hardly imagine UDHC won't get a piece of th pie...Look at all the work they have already done for them;so yes I think we will hear something sooner than later IMO
