This is what I liked about the last email I got from TECO:

After speaking to our Project Manager, Keon Garbutt, this morning, our drilling area is currently covered with these oil seeps. This first area is approximately 400 acres, which will allow us to drill wells based on eight acre spacing. Therefore, we will be drilling dozens of wells in this location before moving on to the second and third sites. These additional sites are equal in size if not larger than site 1.
