If Wallace lost "again" in court in GA, that infers he's lost before. I'm unaware of any previous lose? And didn't Wallace appear pro se? How was that possible--didn't Spencer assure us Wallace was barred from appearing pro se? And what did Wallace lose last week? What did the judge rule? And what did Judge Irwin signed after the hearing? My underatanding is that Wallace accepted Spencer's settlement offer but when Wallace asked Spencer to clarify a material point, Spencer refused. Five years ago Wallace was employed by GOSY. And in five years, Wallace hasn't been paid a dime. Some call Wallace's actions harrassment. I call them seeking justice. Most SHs and others believe employers should pay employees. But not in Spencerland. I wonder what Spencer's shares will bring at a public sale? I understand Wallace wants Spencer to proceed with JAMS. Spencer refuses.
