HIMR. 10 billion reasons not to buy.

It seems that the T/A and the 10Q from HIMR is at odds. The T/A is showing 750M shares as of 25 August 2011, but the 10Q is showing 10 Billion shares as of June 30th. Something Amiss.

I do not see where HIMR went through another R/S so could the numbers be wrong?

The real story is HIMR has not one cent to its name except selling massive shares at 1 million percent interest.

Risking it all to obtain the reward, necessitates the motivation to succeed.
