The stock is currently trading in the U.S. The ONLY thing that the CTO does is prevent avVaa or any other CANADIAN chareholder from buying or selling AVVH.
Now ask yourself this...
If the CTO was lifted and the company was broke, what do you think they would do?
Second, Why do you want give Farley the chance to sell his shares into the market?
What possible good can come out of the CTO being lifted?
NOTHING is preventing avVaa from marketing or selling their products....nothing. They are simply prevented from selling or converting shares, which to me is just perfect for me.
