I'm not a fan of reverse stock splits. If there is any movement up before the rs execution date there will be a sell off. After the execution date existing shareholders who still have shares after the rs will have to sell when there is a move upward just to come out even or salvage some inkling of a gain. Anyone holding after this will watch the pps drop back to sub penny level. In my opinion a reverse stock split is a sign that somebody don't want the low level shareholders to become rich. So the board just reverse you out of the company! Reverse stock splits are criminal and lends momentum to the OCCUPY WALL STREET movement! Bad move Shergold. Just my 2 cents.
