after don and charlie announced the closing, they said it was there goal to be on a major exchange, why would they mention it, if they didn't think they fulfilled the requirements. the Amex makes money when companies get listed, why wouldn't they list them, and even if they dont meet all the requirements exemptions are made, eventhough they do meet them. I think its only a matter of time, but more importantly the 10k comes out by nov 15, that should give us more insight into arete.
