first thing Scott should do is step down as CEO

he should concentrate on what he does best....Comic book stuff

hand over the running of the company to a professional

until Scotty can cut his salary, STOP taking 25% off the top and reign in expenses then nothig is going to change

by all appearences Scott feels the company is going down the tubes and he is trying to suck as much money out of it as he can

if i was a shareholder i would care less about what he says...and care more about what he does

he is certainly acting like the company is DOA
