HIFI, this is more of a case of seeing certain individuals commit fraud on two different stocks and seeing if something can be done before it happens to the 3rd. If knowing EVERYTHING about Michael Edwards and Milton Ault, you still want to invest money in this, more power to you.
However, there shouldn't be a reason for why this is being kept a secret from people. There are folks that do invest on more than just the a/s and would be very upset to know they have been deceived or kept in the dark about certain things. iHub and the mods bear some of the responsiblity if someone was to lose huge, because they chose to purposely keep information on the past problems of management a secret and censor anyone from making it public.
For example, Michael Edwards, just last month, had the trademark for his other company suspended. A company that had been set up years ago and was finally going to be publicly traded symbol. There is proof but I know posting it would get deleted here. This is a major bush league screw up but isn't even the tip of the iceberg of what has been going on with him and Milton Ault.
