Stop it, you are claiming impossible things.

A HOLDING COMPANY,,THEY OWN A PERCENTAGE OF THOSE COMPANIES EXCEPT FOR THE SOLE SUBS,GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEADS



Several of those companies are trading in there own right on valid exchanges. NO ONE can own a significant percentage of a company without filing as a major shareholder. No filing, no ownership.
