No, they are talking about the dividend of what the value of HYDRA is worth...not ARSC. We are getting what HYDRA is worth.

Neukomm continued, "After a recapitalization of iVoice (Pink Sheets:IVOI - News) and a name change to Hydra Fuel Cell Corp., we expect that the dividend will be approximately one (1) share of new Hydra stock for each 150 current shares of ARSC. We expect that the value of Hydra is such that its initial trading range will be between $0.08 and $0.16 per share."
