4. about the CA: The CA is still in place and was signed for a period of 3 years. As I said in the other post the major sent a mail a few days ago for the latest drill results. This means that they're still interesting in the property.
Forgive me if I'm wrong but I tought that Gary told me that there can't be any hostile takeover during this period. Not without shareholders agreement.
5. following the CA .... a possible JV? Of course Chris would like to have a JV with a major but he really doesn't want to give the property away. He said several times that, unless he'll get a good offer, he won't sell the property because he wants the best for the shareholders (including him of course I would say)
He hopes for a JV where the major funds all the drilling with first right on buying.
We can't put a certain timeline towards a JV but in my opinion the major is still studying the property so that's a positive sign. The more drilling, the more gold. If there wouldn't be a glory hole mean time, let's say it can still take about 1 more year before a major comes in... Unless they want to join cheap of course.
Let's just wait and see. Probability of a JV... I would say 80%-85%
6. Go4it6 asked about the excitement scale of TPW from 1 to 10 for Chris. It was an 11 a few months ago. At this moment he would give TPW a 12 because he keeps on finding the gold. Of course not the glory hole yet but we're expanding the ounces with every drill hole.
7. New Brunswick is drilled to keep the property. Maybe there will be some drilling on other properties next year but that's only to keep the property.
