A/S is just what is Authorized--

The important one is the O/S---what has been sold to the public and is Outstanding----It can be considerably less but never more than the A/S--
This can be monitored regularly to see if the compny is 'diluting' and adding to the O/s---if the TA has not been 'gagged' by the company.
