Mgmt need 50% to control the power. They are not able to sell their shares @ this point. IF they dilute then they need to buy 50% to make sure they have control. They are going merger with another company the is the main reason for the R/S. However ask is going high now. Approximately it can be .05. Buying and holding pressure can be move this any high place. IMO
