The Company presently does not have enough authorized shares to effect the conversion of the above listed potentially dilutive securities. The Company plans to increase the number of authorized shares via a proxy vote by the shareholders.
2.5 Billion shares may be excessive, but It's not unheard of. To influence the stock price they need to be sold into the market. Still intend to wait for the next Quarterly report, but IMO this could work against us longs.
