He's never made it public, not even now, and it wouldn't have been insider info, not at any time, but it sure would've kept me from losing tens of thousands of dollars, so yes, the CEO and LFBG are totally responsible for my losses in this stock

The million dollar question is....would you it be any different if you had GAINED tens of thousands of dollars on this stock? Since, as you mentioned, you only "researched" this information after you had sold for a loss and missed the run-up.
