Given all the geopolitical and financial instabilities, I believe that leverage is extremely risky at this period in time. You can get hit big time by factors that have little or nothing to do with the fundamentals or techicals associated with the position you've taken.

At least in Vegas you can get free drinks and comps.

But that's just me...
