One thing I find interesting is Uncle Alex
would like his current shareholders to buy
a unit and support the cause. Now we know
that the investor base has no power other
than buying units.

The CEO has complete control (51%) over voting
issues and to use Pumper-Boy's vernacular,
he is the God of ATWEC. So whatever decisions
are made (buyout, buyback, A/S increase,
merger, RS) will be up to one person.

This type of control tells you something about
Uncle Alex's personality. History tells us when
control is given to one person the results can
be spectacular or horrendous. Just have to wait
and see.
