It is not a distraction it is a very serious consideration to any investor.

Why try and distract the board with it? Do we need to talk about everyone that is not in jail and might be a Herculian task to keep them out, including posters that insinuate that Gene could eventually be in jail with no substantial info, link, or DD?

There is substantial info and numerous links that show without a doubt the many times that Newton has been arrested, charged, convicted, sued and been found guilty. There are numerous links that show that Newton has NOT fulfilled his court imposed obligations and there is ample evidence that he has committed actionable crimes.

All of these links convey the very real and significant probability that Newton could in fact be headed to jail.

He is a proven criminal, he is a proven liar, he has been sued numerous times and has lost every case. He is by any definition the epitome of a con man. Anyone trying to shift the focus from his crimes to his current con is either irrational or is trying to sell something.
