Nothing good could come of delay on "bad news" in 10k, so I highly doubt the delay had anything to do a strategy in that regard. I think it's as been stated, a pain in DIAZ 2 year audit for Allied, with unforeseen delay and added expense. The only thing I anticipate that would be " bad" in 10k, we already know about, as that is from 2010. So the act of filing ipso facto is a very good thing.
