I don't have alot of faith in the t-mobile outcome satisfying shareholders original expectations, simply because of how the events have unfolded over the past few months.

Question: are you basing your assessment of the t-mobile outcome on a settlement that probably has already been negotiated or on what would happen if we went back to court with a decent contingency attorney?
