I think you summed it up nicely. The only problem I have (and I believe you are seeing the sp reflect it), is we do not know for sure what MMTE actually owns. By that I mean we know they own the amount of acres they are saying. I am not disputing that. I believe they have the amount of acres they are saying. What we do not know is how much is this land actually worth? I don't want values put out on what land in chile is worth. I want to know what our land is worth.
Land in chile is supposed to be worth 10K - 30K an acre. I don't know how these values are put on the land there. But common sense tells me that if the land we have is 100% pure lithium it is worth more than $30K an acre and on the downside what if we own nothing but solid rock??
This is the problem. How much is our land actually worth? I am pessimistic in nature when it comes to these pinkies. Until I see something that is going to convince me the land we actually have is worth $10 - $30K and acre, then the sp is exactly where it should be IMO.
MMTE needs to prove somehow that the land is worth the #'s their PR is saying acres in chile are worth. Until that time, please everyone go ahead and keep throwing those figures out that we have $1 Bill worth of land. I don't believe any such thing right now. Now, have a reputable company come in and do surveys; or have a reputable mining operation buy it from us (and by that I mean actually sign on the dotted line, let me see the $$ value transfer to MMTE), then I will be a believer along with every other dreamer on here thinking we are going to get rich on a few $$ investment.
