the sec actually called me back on my question. basically she said if i want the SEC to investigate why mgmt did not report their new share ownership i need to file the formal complaint form. one answer was that if MLXO had file a reg d form then they did not have to file with the SEC. really want to know who got all the shares when we went from around 500 mil to 1 bill other than mgmt got 179 mil of them.
