Actually, you are free to check my posts here, and on SI. My take is that the most important thing for AMD to achieve is that Intel is forced to stop the illegal / monopolistic practices, and that Intel is supervised by the courts for a period of time as far as compliance is concerned.

As far as damages, IMO, that would just be a bonus.
