Why I Bought APCX:

I did not buy this stock to flip it. I bought it because Elias Rocha is a dynamic, credible entrepeneur who has launched a successful appware company from another country outside North America - Brazil.

I also bought it because it's Dirt Cheap, and the market cap is a measly $500,000.

By merging his LiveCom with APCX, it strengthens his hand in Brazil(host of both the 2012 World Cup and 2016 Summer Olympics), AND opens up the whole of Latin America & North America - and possibly beyond.

Rocha has the confidence of private investors in Brazil AND the proven ability to generate revenue from the get-go. His move into APCX is a seque into bigger things, imo. Hopefully, much bigger things.

All this talk about DTC and dilution is nonsense when the leadership has so much Alpha going for it. Get Real. If Rocha has the integrity and resources behind him I believe he does, all those problems are fixable with a nominal amount of time and $$$.

I fully expect this company to be valued at anywhere from $5-$20 in the next 2-3 years. It also holds the hint of promise for much greater things.


And that's what makes Pennyland so exciting? Right? :)
