If you read the yearly reports of companies, you know that they contain a section were it certifies that none of the officers or board have committed felonies or stock fraud in the last five years. I do not think that Humphries can be involved in running the company for the next five years.

I have seen one case where the court appointed a custodian to run the company and "further the interests of the shareholders." He controlled the company about a year and did a reverse split and a reverse merger. I made good profit off of playing that merger and escaped just before it collapsed into oblivion.
