I don't know which housing market you are talking about, but in northern ca price is still going down.
But, if you are right in the future, I will thank you because I have a lot of shares here.

I still don't see rise in pps significantly unless they come out with big news.

Southern CA is getting better in housing market, but not north.

It is 50/50 shot here, IMHO.
