You know when you screwed when a company tells you to treat those shares like GOLD but issue themselves unresricted shares.No need to file to sell then just dump when you want! They could have shown that they believed in the company be issuing restricted shares for a year or three and then sold thier current unrestricted shares they all own for living expenses but they decided to play it safe and take the money and run!
