One way or another a significant move is coming very shortly. MSLP has an urgent need for capital to do business. The raise in the authorized from 250mm to 500mm to 750mm in such a short period of time demonstrates this. I have explained numerous times when the stock price is this low the remaining unauthorized shares represent only a couple million dollars and then more dilution will be required.
If you go thru the filings you can see that the last 250mm sold via convertibles did not raise 3,000,000. MSLP now has a market cap of about 8.5 million if they get to a BILLION O/S .10 is a 100,000,000 market cap. I still believe the next 7-10 days will tell how the company plans to solve its capital needs.
