FGBF - Have no idea if they are real or not, but I take it that they are for sure. That PR was not fluffy to me and that property sale shows great sigsn of depressed properties they can profit from. That money is HUGE and could turn this bad boy around. IMO of course...

As for target, i am not good at calculating PE... but I think that might be a low number. However, I would LOVE .24!!! WEEEEEEEEEEEE
