What would the fallout be for MNLU if the merger deals falls apart and MNLU is able to find the magical Chilanger financing through another source? I think I would rather be in MNLU's boat right now, but that is just a personal preference. Since the merger seems to be taking so long, I wonder if the terms are no longer agreeable to either party?
