I did a little DD on the building permit, they don't need a building permit for these 150 kw units. The unit is built in a different location on a frame (like a shipping container) and then drop in place. Sleeves are wrapped around the heat source and the unit is tied into the existing grid. The unit is considered mobile by the building department and a permit is not needed. That being said we should still have been told a date on when the unit will be up and running, we were told mid Oct. Then Bo said there was a delay with the cooling, but never mention how long of a delay. People on this board thing its going to be mid Nov, but thats for the cascade reactor coming from Steriwave NOT the unit at American Canyon. unless I am wrong we have not been told when the American Canyon will be online.
