stay with the big boys if you dont want to deal with Penson!! etrade, scottrade, TDameritrade, and fidelity!! Those 4 brokers right there DO NOT use PENSON!!! And as a trader you have every right to have as many accounts as you please!! The more the better because the more options you have to trade!! Plus if your account is below 25k and you can only daytrade 3 times in a 5 day rolling period with your 1 account you can increase the amount of daytrades you are able to execute by having more accounts, if you have all 4 of those broker accounts that i mentioned above you can daytrade 12 times in a 3 day period, there are always loop holes in every rule most of the time and yes its legal hahha
