Imo..it seems like a broke co. that even its aiditor stated.How his opinion could be unqualified is beyond me. I hear the word uplisting mentioned but at wht cost...further dilution.I just think he should put his resources to what he already has and then when things are up and running..move on. The other side he could be settimg up for a sale.Who knows.
