The thing is, beacon27, sometimes it appears you don't "know what you own". The law firm litigating the case for NeoMedia against Virgin were doing it w/ no compensation unless they won. THAT tells ya something. So, is it NeoMedia that had to "deal down" or Virgin? My guess is neither. As the PR states, and I have no reason to doubt the sincerity of NeoMedia's management...
