Sticking strictly to the topics raised...

Just by virtue of its construction and contents (the Digital
Music Store), people will spend time LINGERING, BROWSING...and
most importantly BUYING and downloading TONS of Songs, Music Videos, and Albums.



Oh, really? Why would they use it now? They never used it before. We know for a fact that the average length of time spent at MMX was under 90 seconds (according to Alexa).

If people want to buy music, they will go straight to the source, not fool around with a 3rd party site like MMX which can't even be relied on to remain online, let alone refund money if something goes wrong. That has already been proven. I sure hope you aren't relying on a sudden run on old Chicago albums...

I suspect that it WILL retain the same "color scheme, palette, and design/graphic motifs"



Now that would be very stupid. How will anyone know it is "new"? If they're gonna do a relaunch, shouldn't they at least change the color scheme, and the very user-unfriendly GUI? So people who thought it was junk the first time actually give it another look?
