I am not worried about if the 500M is O/S. Look SKGP, it went from .0006 to .0018 and then above than penny with 400M o/s with near 300M float. It will blast in coming days. Problem : majority bought shares one time and when it went down they can't buy because of finance. Buy small on different stages. Whoever put this down sold his shares and now buying back It is my honest opinion. Please do your DD because we can make or loose. Penny stock is all assumption. It goes with chart. It never goes down down and never goes up and up. IMO
