I didn't say there was or was not..I was simply stating that the numbers given differed greatly from one post to the next.. personally, I believe if there was dilution of shares, I do not think it is being presented correctly..IF he is correct about the addition, It is my opinion that the shares he was referring to were given out to shareholders of open sundaes when the acquisition was completed. So yes,maybe the shares he speaks of have been added, but IMO it was for the reason stated above, not for financing as suggested... Again, JMO
