I'll have to check that out, O&A, but the stocks related to that debt was set to come off restriction. It would be a very odd coincidence to have that sale and the restriction lifted on the same day.
The point in my post was that the stocks didn't come from "the Management", as was alleged.
That would require SEC filings first. I haven't seen any filings posted on the SEC site for a sale of that type.

Let me see what I can find out about the confirmation of the debt conversion.
(I need to get to my PC for this. The iPhone isn't great for searches like these.)
