I'm not confusing full SEC reporting with a company's success or lack thereof. Simply clarifying the rules for reporting.

OTCBB SEC reporting is the same as that for NYSE, AMEX, or NASDAQ.

Pinksheets have no reporting requirements at all.

The other listing requirements for the larger exchanges center around a base pps, prior years' profitability, market cap, etc.

But it doesn't change the SEC reporting requirements for an OTCBB in that realm.

So if an OTCBB achieves those above-listed goals, it can apply for a larger exchange. And then they will hit the radar screens for the so-called "investment gurus" or investment analysts.

Simply put, the new visibility could benefit the pps even more, short-term, exclusive of any real change in fundamentals....which will just continue to be reflected in the already-required SEC reports.
