If you know the answer, then you don't need to ask the question.
You know there is debt conversion going on right now. Also the "selling like there is no tomorrow" is an exaggeration. Mr. Guyer has sold the same dollar value of stock (approximately $60k per year) for the last 2.5 years. It is his pay. He still holds hundreds of million shares that he is not selling. And who else in "the management of this company" is selling? No other form4's have been filed. That is a requirement by the SEC before their stock can be sold.
Your question belies your intent to try and discredit the management.
