Jagman........

1)That is what the SEC reports are for, to provide all of the company's financial information. In the meantime, I will continue to keep one eye on the O/S share count and the other on all of the ongoing projects throughout the world.....some that have already started to bear fruit.

2)I understand why you would laugh at the idea of share buyback since you preclude the possibility of a signficant revenue increase from KDS sales and these KDS projects/bases, i.e. Malaysia, Japan, WRAP, AGES/STDC, UZP/HAL, Univ of Tenn/Oak Ridge, Eastern Europe, etc.

I think this extends back to your "OTCBB" policy of "they are all the same"....i.e. "Always appears at this stage on the OTC message boards". For that matter, your use of "OTC" indicates to me that you still make no distinction between OTCBB (full SEC-reporting companies) and the old OTC pinksheet companies (non-reporting, or wild-west as they have been known.)

3)"Did anyone notify FASC about the AGES update? I don't think those guys communicate well with each other."

Now seriously. You really think that FASD HQ doesn't know about the AGES situation after the information is put on both the SDTC and AGES websites, and all of the message board posters know about it?

4)You re-posted my comments, but neglected to post the part right before....."Here's another thought, IMO."......Meant to provide an alternative possibility to your pronouncements.

You are more than welcome to maintain your opinion that all OTC's are the same.....whether they be reporting OTCBB's, or non-reporting pinksheeters, etc.

I happen to believe that the so-called big-time analysts out there simply don't have the time, resources or abilities to do enough dd to try to find any of the smaller gems in the OTCBB markets, and it is therefore in their own financial interests to dismiss the markets as a whole.
